Refunds and redemption

A domain registration or transfer fee is not refunded after the registry accepts it. If provisioning fails before the registry accepts the name, the charge is reversed.

Hosting fees may be refunded for the unused full months if you cancel within 14 days and the account was not used to send abuse.

The redemption or restore fee is shown on the domain pricing page before purchase and is charged only if a name must be restored after expiry.
