Account data, registrant contacts, orders, and support messages are used to provide the services, meet registrar record-keeping duties, and respond to abuse reports.

Registrant data for an active domain is kept for the life of the registration because the registrar and registry require it. You may export or correct account profile data by contacting support.

Payment card numbers are entered in the payment form and are not stored on Reginova servers. Server logs may include IP addresses for security.
